1. What is Squash Records?
Squash Records started out as a mailorder, based in The Netherlands. It was run by a guy called Tom. Squash Records tried to provide the music from all people to all people.
In early 2005 Squash Records started out releasing albums itself. Since the bands which Squash Records signed are doing so well, we focus more on the label then on the mailorder nowadays. This doesn't mean that the mailorder isn't good anymore, but the label is more in the news than the mailorder.

2. How can I get my hands on those great albums you’re selling?
Well, that’s pretty easy. Just look around in the shop(s) and look what you would like to have. Click on “add to cart” and follow the instructions. That’s it! Oh, and don’t forget to pay (sorry, but there’s no other way). [top]

3. How do I pay?
You can transfer money to our bank if you live in the Netherlands. Make a “overschrijving” to:

You can also pay with credit card through PayPal©. This is the easiest way for both you and us. So, if you don’t have a account at PayPal, get one at www.paypal.com.
If you would like to send money to us, it’s possible. It’s not the easiest way and absolutely not the safe way, but if you wish…

Please insert a small note with who you are (name, address etc.) and what you want. Don’t forget your address. But you still have to fill out the form in the shop (with the payment option: “Send Money”)
And second to all of this, if there should be any money missing during the sending of the money it’s at your own risk. We can’t be held responsible! So be sure it isn’t seen, wrap it in some paper or something. Your order will get started as soon as we get the money.[top]

4. What does shipping cost me?
The are some costs for shipping the music around the globe. After you filled out the form there is a weight of the package. With this weight you can see below what the costs of shipping are:

5. How long does it take for me to get my package?
Well, most of the items we got in store are ready to get shipped, but some of them aren’t. Some rare or unusual items we’ll have order ourselves from some labels or bands. So this could take some more time. If it should take a lot of time, we’ll always try to contact you about this (so always leave your e-mail address in the order-form). [top]
6. I would like a CD, but I can’t find it anywhere in you catalog, could you still get it for me?
We sure can try! If there’s something you really like and want to have, but we haven’t got it, leave a message at info [AT] squashrecords [dot] com with the subject “can you get me…?” Tell us as much information as you know about the album or band (such as website, label, releasedate, releasecountry). 7. I’m in a band and I want to sell my stuff through SquashRecords.com, is this possible?
Yes, you can! Send an e-mail with who you are and what you want to info [AT] squashrecords [dot] com. We’ll contact you about the terms. Most likely you should send us 4 items, from which we are going to sell 3. The 4th is for our archive (for the coverphoto, songtitles and so on). You will get your money when the items have been sold. But, if you would like to sell, first drop us a line and we’ll work it out! [top]
8. I’m looking for a booking agency for my band, have you got any ideas?
Yes we sure do. Try to contact Superspazz Music at www.superspazz.com, they’re great and booked some great shows in the past. [top]
9. I’m in a band and I want Squash Records to release my music, is this possible?
Well, that's hard to say. The bands which are on Squash Records right now, haven't sent a demo or something like that. We have seen these bands perform and listened to their music many times before getting together for a deal.
Offcourse, you can always sent your demo/CD etc. to us, BUT there are no guarantees, not even a quarantee for a reply. Sometimes we're just to busy, other times we think your music would fit better with another label.[top]
